Roots & Wings Mission
Roots & Wings Education Consulting was founded on a simple belief: strong family roots give students the wings to soar. We specialize in guiding families of first-generation college students and their students through the transition to higher education with confidence, using culturally responsive practices that honor diverse family values. We equip families and students with the knowledge to thrive academically and personally. Through engaging presentations, we bridge the gap between home, college and family dynamics, helping parents understand their evolving role and empowering them to embrace their student's independence without losing connection.
